Privacy spa staff members specializes in total body stretching and massage therapy.Our team here is dedicated to Making your self-care journey easier. With backgrounds in health and wellness, as well as athletic performance training with over several years of certification and experience in the field. Privacy spa has created a space where you can become passionate about making exercise and stretching more fun and accessible while also incorporating mindfulness techniques into our training plans.

STRETCH YOUR STRESS AWAY

Stretch Your Stress Away was developed from more than 25 years of massage expertise, doctor, and chiropractor along with the latest research on stretching techniques. We start at your head and work down to your toes, stopping to focus on key areas specific to your needs. We listen to your needs and goals and then work with you to gain the results you’re looking for. Feeling good starts with feeling comfortable. Privacy Spa stretch providers gently guide you through Total Body Stretch featuring the stretch of your stress away, so all you need to do is relax and breathe.

what to expect

BEFORE YOU HEAD OVER

Wear or pack comfy clothes that allow you to move freely during your stretch session. You’ll also want to drink plenty of water, so your muscles and soft tissue are hydrated for maximum benefits (and bendiness).  

MEET & GREET

When you arrive at Privacy Spa, you’ll fill out your personalized form to indicate any medical history, injuries, or physical conditions that the stretch provider should be aware of. This step is important, so it’s best to arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to focus on you. 

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOU

You’ll review your personalized form with your stretch provider and discuss the areas of your body you’d like to address. Your session time includes up to 10 minutes for consultation before and after your stretch session.

GET COMFORTABLE

Your Total Body Stretch session takes place in a relaxing, private room. Your stretch provider will leave the room to allow you to change into your stretch clothing, if necessary.

DURING YOUR STRETCH SESSION

After a brief warm-up, your stretch provider will begin the Total Body Stretch session starting with your neck and progressing down to your feet.

STAY RELAXED

During the stretches, all you need to do is relax and breathe deeply. Total Body Stretch featuring the Stretch your stress away method is designed to ease your mind so your body will follow. Each stretch is held for a minimum of 30 seconds and your stretch provider will ensure your comfort with expert guidance.

CLOSING

When your session is complete, you’ll be provided with a Home Care Stretching sheet and recommendations for future sessions to maintain results. And remember, each session builds on the last one. Making Total Body Stretch part of your regular wellness routine can help bring out the best version of you.
