MONTHLY WELLNESS SESSION: Commit to self-care at least once a month. Members get ONE 60-minute (50-minute hands-on service) Massage, Or Total Body Stretch, with ONE Customized ADDED enhancement Monthly.

GET A BIRTHDAY MASSAGE: All members get upgraded to a 90-minute massage during their birthday month.

GUEST PASSES: Invite your friends and family to experience our massage or Total body stretch for themselves at a discounted rate. Ask for PRI SPA ROYALTY “Be Our Guest” passes. These passes entitle your friends and family to a 1-hour massage session or Total body stretch at discounted rates.

SHARING: Share one membership massage or total body stretch per month with a friend or family member, using one of your reward points. A transfer fee of $20 per treatment.

SESSIONS REWARDS POINTS: Busy? Monthly sessions can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if not used before membership cancellation.

PACKAGES

4- 60 Minute Stretch: This package is perfect for individuals who need to rejuvenate their body with more frequent stretches and a longer session than a 30-minute session. This package allows individuals to determine how often they would like a stretch versus being allowed only 1 per month. This package is best used 1x/week for 4 weeks. The package is valid for 6 months. *Package will be renewed every 6 months automatically. Price $300.

2X Monthly- Premium Massage: A 60-minute full body Massage that you can schedule 2x/month. The Refresh Monthly Membership is perfect for those individuals who desire a monthly massage to refresh their muscles and decrease stress and tension. Price $180

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice may be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session as determined by Privacy Spa.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject to applicable law, the Operator reserves the right to increase your monthly membership rate upon thirty (30) days written notice to you. Unless you complete the proper cancellation procedures identified herein, you shall incur the increased monthly membership rate on your next monthly auto payment date following the end of the notice period. Operator reserves the right to transfer or assign all or any part of its interest, rights, privileges, duties, and obligations hereunder to any person or legal entity without notice to you or your approval. You acknowledge and agree that this agreement shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement is subject to applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Privacy Spa is located and such applicable law shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms and provisions of this agreement. If any term or provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect and furthermore, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters outlined in this agreement.
